Ms. Divine Grace by Meine

What a great blessing to have someone in your life that you know for certain will always make you happy. Such is the magic of grace for me... hahaha! it is like she puts you under her spell, making you laugh and laugh that you forget the time (tuloy napapalakad - AT nagpapasama - pataas ng driveway ng carpark na paikot ikot dahil nasaraduhan na! hahahaa!)... OR taunting you to look at life in a more mature way than you would want to - eventually allowing you to make the correct decision. :)

You really can't wait to see Grace again, there really is just something in her that intrigues you and her genuine interest in you as a person makes you feel appreciated and loved. :) How lucky I am.

GRACE COLET is one fine divine human being... the world would be so much much much much less enjoyable without her in your life...

There are many reasons why we love our friend, Grace. In an attempt to be more direct to the point, I will just enumerate the Top 5 reasons why Grace is so special - not just to me, but to everyone I know.

1) Grace is the most positive person I know.

No matter what she's going through or how life sometimes throws her a curve ball, she always approaches things with much optimism.

2)Grace is so easy to be with.

She carries no baggage and can laugh at herself, even through the tough times. I have not encountered anyone I introduced her to who did not like her IMMEDIATELY.

3) Grace will do anything for her family.

I have always admired how Grace supports her family - from always being there to lend an ear to babysitting her nephews/nieces to putting her brother, Jorel, through school. Her commitment to family is something I've always admired and hope to emulate one day.

4) Grace is my most sensible friend.

When I need advice, she always presents things in a way that is not demanding/stifling, nor patronizing. She calls things as she sees them but never makes you feel that you are being judged.

5) Grace is always there.

Grace was with me through my trying times in Manila and even if I have been living away for almost 6 years now, not once did I ever feel that she wasn't there when I needed her. I'm always comforted by the fact that she's just a phone call away and she is one of the reasons why I look forward to going home.

Grace.... where do i begin???

HOW SHE MADE MY BELLY ACHE WITH LAUGHTER...

> On a business trip, an hour before boarding, she realized she forgot her passport. She missed her flight and had to arrange immediately for another one. On the next flight, she fell asleep and woke up to find out she was the only person inside the plane and it was about to leave na to go to next flight. She rode the taxi from airport to hotel but midway she realized she left her luggage in the airport so she had to ask the taxi driver to go back, wait and went back for it. They could not find it so she gave up and rode same taxi to go to hotel. When she went down, the luggage was back there all along... All these in a day in the life of our dear Grace!

> While marching down the aisle during my wedding in tagaytay, her thought bubble said... " i think i forgot something.... what could it be?.... nevermind, am sure it's not that important..." -- she did forget and it was important! She forgot to pick up our big boss in the hotel. Our boss who came all the way from Malaysia. The poor guy was waiting the entire time with his wife and son. That's grace!

> We had a manager's lunch in one of the restos. After 2 hours of eating and chatting, we decided to go back to office. Lo and behold, not only did she leave her car open, engine was still running, aircon was still on! For 2 hours!! That's grace!

> In a company awarding in Hongkong of which she was a representative, she arrived late. No more seats so she went all the way in front to an empty seat. After the awarding, she then realized, it was the presidential table and seated were the event VIPs. That's grace!

Enough na!!! Too much grilling!!! Forgot it's her bday!!!

HOW SHE MOVED MY HEART & TOUCHED MY LIFE...

...It happens every day.

It is so easy to feel that Grace is so full of love--- for God, her family, friends, people in general and just love for the simple things around her.

She is the most honest and real person I know. Not an ounce of insincerity nor a lack of integrity.

She is generous... of her time and of herself. How she goes out of her way for someone, whether to cheer up, give sound advise and make you feel better. For me, so many countless times. During the most difficult times of my life, she was there 100%, no fail.

After ten years of friendship, I have learned to admire her-- her values, what she stands for, her mind, her heart, her soul.

Happy birthday Grace! Seems your one wish is closer to coming true na...? I will pray for it every day!!! If not, you can always try to be Manang Inasal. That might work too! :-) Am sure He has someone just as wonderful for you in time. Like what i always say, He just wants that person to be more deserving of you before you meet him, that's why it's taking time. Just stay true to yourself and remain to be the Amazing Grace I know! I LOVE YOU!

Why I Love Grace by Divine

Grace is such a sweet, caring & sincere person. She’s compassionate and generous of her time and resources as well. When she gets a chance, she would go out of town as she’s adventurous and loves nature.

One of the things I admire is her love , sacrifice and commitment to her family. When you are with her, you could feel how deep her love for each one of them. She makes time for each of her siblings and their families. She would create fun-filled activities for the family every time. She’s also a loving daughter as she would always look after the welfare of her mom & dad. I know that her family is so proud of her, for what she has become and for who she is... I know because I am.

I am so proud & honored to have a friend & a sister like Grace. She’s a good example not only to her family & friends but to the people around her as well. I believe in my heart that God is preparing her for something great and that she will be used to influence a lot of people. Grace, you are given that name for a reason. I am so excited to see and hear what God has been doing and will continue to do in your life. Just continue to seek Him with all your heart, soul and mind. You'll always be in my prayers.
